Reward Offered in Hunt for Wallet Thief

Brentwood (WALK) - A big reward is being offered as police in Suffolk try to track down a wallet thief.

According to police, a woman stole a wallet that was left unattended at a store in Brentwood. It happened back on April 22, 2013 around 12:30 PM at Brentwood Bargains on Brentwood Road.

Police are circulating photos of the suspect, taken by a store security camera (pictured at left). She is described as about 35 years old, 5'4" tall and heavy set.

Suffolk Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at (800) 220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
