Brentwood (WALK) - He pulled over to sleep it off, but he picked the wrong spot, according to state troopers.
They've arrested a Bay Shore man who was found passed out at the wheel of his car outside the State Police barracks on Crooked Hill Road in Brentwood Tuesday night. Juan Molina's blue Hyundai was parked but its engine was still running and its lights were on, according to police.
Troopers say they realized Molina, 39, was asleep when they knocked on the window to see if he needed help. He allegedly smelled of alcohol and was later tested with a blood alcohol level of 0.17, which is more than twice the legal limit of .08.
The suspect was not hurt and he's been ordered to appear in court on December 23rd.
