Mineola (WALK) - If the man in this picture looks familiar to you, Nassau police hope you will give them a call.
Investigators are trying to uncover the man's identity after he was taken by ambulance to Nassau University Medical Center on September 14th. Details about what happened and his current condition haven't been released, but he was found near Jerusalem Avenue and Bellmore Avenue in Bellmore.
Police describe their "John Doe" as a black male between 30 and 40 years old, about 6 feet tall and 140 pounds.
