Melville (WALK) - Long Island's new power company only took over three weeks ago, but does someone already have a problem with PSEG?
That's the question police are trying to answer after a gun was fired through a window at a PSEG building in Melville. An employee called 911 yesterday after bullet holes were found in a window and a picture frame.
The gunfire apparently happened sometime overnight between Tuesday and Wednesday, according to police. No one was inside the office at the time, so no one was hurt.
PSEG took over from LIPA on January 1st. The building is located on Park Boulevard and was once operated by National Grid.
