5 Quiting Tips for Smokers


Just do your best and try to find other ways you can occupy yourself when the urge hits.  It won't be easy but you can do it!



I smoked for 40 years and finally felt it time to quit and I did. Just make sure to have gum or candy handy because it does cut the urge, and if it comes upon you think about something else.



Stop wasting your money.  Quit smoking.



First do it for you and next take one day at a time.



Have a straw or toothpick to chew on. Concentrate on not being cranky because you want a cigarette. Quitting can be done, but you have to really truly want to do it.
